[Resolved]  National Insurance (Honda Assure) — Insurance claim for damage of the car

there is no dealers/workshop of M/S. Tehran Automatises Pvt. Ltd. Jam mu(Hill View Honda) in the Kashmir valley, where we may able to got repaired my car at Srinagar under the insurance claim. Either i have to proceed jam mu on my own /expenses, risk and responsibilities, which is in justice with customer, because they have insured my car with that insurance agency who do not have any dealers in Kashmir valley. As such my complaint is that why they have put me in trouble, and i am unable to visit jam mu in this connection due to my busy schedule in job.
It is necessary to mention here that i have purchased a car Hondaa brio from M/S. Tehran Automatises Pvt. Ltd. Jam mu on[protected] and they have insured my car through National Insurance (Hondaa Assure) under policy No. HNC/00033390 dated 2/05/2012 at 15.43 hrs.
