We are given to understand that some surveyor Mr. Dhillon has surveyed the vehicle but till date no status is available to me whether my vehicle is going to be repaired or declared as total loss....

there is no dealers/workshop of M/S. Tehran Automatises Pvt. Ltd. Jam mu(Hill View Honda) in the Kashmir valley, where we may able to got repaired my car at Srinagar under the insurance claim. Either i have to proceed jam mu on my own /expenses, risk and responsibilities, which is in justice with customer, because they have insured my car with that insurance agency who do not have any dealers in Kashmir valley.
