we purchased a wagonr VXI on dhanteras from ganapati motors in bhilai (C.C.) but the glass urgestable has been not been working or broken since the day we purchased and also knew the problem and we were told that it will be cleared soon but till now they have not cleared my problem and me to move from workshop to the showroom and are asking for charges. WAGON R VXi — Car in Damaged condition
Dear Mr. Mukherjee / Mr. Mishra,Its been more than 3 days since we received our Maruti Wagon R in Gurgaon. As communicated to your office on Friday the 27th, the car was in very bad shape when it reached Gurgaon. The GC No is 877872.
It was very muddy and was not at all cleaned.
There were scratches in the back and has been badly dis-coloured.
Also the petrol in the tank has almost been emptied. It has been driven for more than 70 kms. While it was implied to us that it will be driven for a max of 20 kms.
This has been communicated to Mr. Mukherjee, Mr. Lalit Mishra, Ms. Prajakta and Mr. Bajrang.
In spite of persistent calling, the service from your end has been shoddy. We have been speaking to different people in your office without any clarity. Promises have not been met. Agarwal packers and movers charges a premium as compared to other competitors. However, we get lousy service and no satisfactory response to our queries. We have spoken to others who have confirmed this. At the time of booking our requirement, we received a lot of enquiry calls, however, there have been no revertals on our complaints now.
1. We have got the car washed at our own expense.
2. The car is still in bad shape due to scratches in the back.
3. And we are yet to receive any reply on the petrol that has been spent
The POD was signed stating "Car Received" and not "Car Received in good condition" which your driver wanted me to do. The above complaints were not part of the complaint when the car left Mumbai.
