Sir, I had puchased a Wagon VXi car from your authorised agency M/S Shakti Motors Pvt Ltd Dabwali Road Sirsa vide bill no 782 dated 9.04.2009 .The description of car is as under

Sir,
it is submitted that during the month of 3/2010, it has been found while checking of wheel alinment and balancing that one tyre is inflation two place and one tyre used as stappeny has been cracked. I have personlly contact with the Agency Supervisioer Mr Jasbir. He has checked the my car tyre and stappeny tyre .He found defective and gave me a latter dated 14.3.2011to the authorised tyre dealer M/s Om Tyre Arya Smaj Road Sirsa .But the tyre authorised dealer has refused that the tyre could not be replaced. HE is mis guide and mis guied /TALMATOL for replacment of tyre. Kindly look into the matter and got replaced my two nos tyre at the earliest as possible .Thanking you.
