They claim that they buy your car in 30 minutes, and they have not yet done any needful thing in selling my car.

I have visited there tilak nagar branch as per there booking time firstly they took 2 hours to get the inspection and calculation of the car secondly the online offer was for 4, 68xxx but there offer price was 3, 15, 000 or something i mean such a huge difference i would like to have the copy of the inspection done for the car so that i should come to know what problem is there in my car that they had to come down for 1.55, 000/- such a shameful...

I totally agree with the comments mentioned below, i have visited their banashankari branch at bangalore after getting their online quote but they quoted scrap price after visiting their branch.

Very bad experience after spending half a day and driving all the way from yeshwanthpur to their branch (Almost 60 kms).

Request all customers never ever sell your vehicles in cars24.com as they are making customers fools....

Today i have visited their golf course branch and earlier their tilak nagar branch. Online they have quoted 12lacs and in real they were telling me 5.20 lacs and today online they were quoted for 10.50 lacs and once i reach their after traveling 50km.. Scene was totally different.. Now they were offering 4.80 lacs... Where other sites i was getting buyer for 8.50 lacs minimum... I am so angry at them... And found that they are scrap dealer...
