Cata Appliaces Ltd. — very bad product range & worst in service

I have brought a cata hob sometime back & after a year the hob stopped working. I lodged a compliant after trying calling the customer care number continuously for 2 days. After 5 days of getting the compliant lodged I called back to check the status of the compliant & got a number to call the service manager to check. Spoke to the service manager after trying to call him for more than 10 tries. He gave me number to call which never picked up. The next day I again called to get another number of the technician & when I called up to the technician he gave me one more number to call. This happened continuously for 3 days & I almost got 7 numbers to call. But I kept on calling the customer care & after few days they stopped receiving my call. Today is more than a month & I do not see any body from Cata to come for the service. A sincere suggestion, please think thousand times before buying any of the cata products. Your hard earned money will be struck & wasted.
