I have brought a cata hob sometime back & after a year the hob stopped working. I lodged a compliant after trying calling the customer care number continuously for 2 days. After 5 days of getting the compliant lodged I called back to check the status of the compliant & got a number to call the service manager to check. We have bought a hob from Cata Appliances Ltd. from Guwahati, Assam whereby we got a promise of after sale service. However, when the hob did not function, the same service dealers started making excuses that they can't provide the service due to technician shortage. This went on for a month, and finally when we took the hob itself to their service station, they again gave us false promise that they would be able to fix it within 3 days time....
