Catalogvilla.com — dress material

I placed an order with catalogvilla.com worth rs. 50000 on 17/08/2019 and paid via netbanking. I did not get any order confirmation. After repeated calls to the owner about the unprocessed order, he sent me a picture of a bluedart receipt which i was unable to track on bluedart's website.

I never received the products. Despite repeated calls and whatsapp messages, no refund so far... Please help me sir...

He is Scammer, Fraudster, Cheater
This is really shame full for the people who EARN money by cheating people. These cheaters feed there family and children with the hard earned money of the innocent people. I would like to share this incident where these people running catalogvilla.com website cheated.
I ordered few clothes from THIS WEBSITE as they pretend they are wholesaler. This guy whose name is Pratik R Sakariya acted as a marketing guy for this company and asked to do the payment before delivering the product. There website doesn't have payment gateway deliberately.
I agreed and paid the amount for ordered product via bank transfer. I asked him to share the courier detail so that i can track my order. He started ignoring my mails and messages. When i continuously started following up the order he immediately switched off his mobile and closed all the communication doors, he also posted a message a fake message on website as a excuse as people do not know his door that his owner is not well and admitted to ICU will be back in 4-5 days. I have no idea who can help me on this issue. I can only say this guy is ### and more over there is not governing body to control and nab such cheater to help people like us who suffer. Incident took place on 19/08/2019 almost 11 days and person is vanished with the money.

Really surprised and curious to know does this online complain FORUMs resolve customer's problem or only collect customers data in name of resolving complaints.
