I placed an order with catalogvilla.com worth rs. 9000 on 29/03/2019 and paid via netbanking. I did not get any order confirmation. After repeated calls to the owner about the unprocessed order, he sent me a picture of a bluedart receipt which i was unable to track on bluedart's website.

I never received the products. Despite repeated calls and whatsapp messages, no refund so far even after two months.
