Respected sir / mam, good evening, I can't tell you my name or designation because of some privacy issue. In mangrol city there is a shardagram cbse english school-430117. mangrol city he wo junagarh district me aata he in gujarat state. humare yaha ka ye problem he ki school bahot strict he. hum yaha cbse ke perfect rules nahi jaante he isliye jo managment bolta he hume wahi karna padta he. yaha pe teachers ko bina wajah stay back karvaya jata he. koi koi teachers ki qaulification bhi kuch nahi he, fir bhi teacher he. rahi baat rulse ki to bacche kisi se frankly baat nahi kar sakte he, compulsary head down karke walk karna hota he. break time me kahi pe khade nahi reh sakte he. kabhi kabhi activities zyada ho jaati he to ye bolte he ki kisi bhi tarike se aapko activities complete karni he. teachers or students ko school ke bahar personally contact rakhne ke liye allow nahi karte he, agar koi aisa kare to office me bula ke uski insult karte he. school me office ke saamne likha he "group me hona jurm he". to jo teachers ya students group me complain leke jaate he uski insult karte he. managment ko dar he ki unity ho gayi to school ki succhai sub ke saamne aa jayegi, isliye unity nai hone dete. jisko problem he use akele bula kar samja dete he. bahot saare teachers or student yaha pe rone lagte he, mentally tourcher ki wajah se. bahot se teachers job chod ke chale gaye he. aap ye soch rahe honge ki ye complain me yaha pe q kar raha hu q ki ye complain hum yaha (mangrol me) nai kar sakte. yaha pe managment ke sub logo ke saath contact he like director sir, police officers and politician. to bs is dar ki wajah se koi kuch bolta nai or complain nai karta he. koi baat ho jaye to contact ki wajah se sub rafa-dafa kar dete he. principle bolte he ki hum jo bol rahe he wahi karna he or managment bol raha he ki hum jo bolte he wahi karna he, to kiska command maane? sirf bolne ke liye systemetic he, otherwise kuch systemetic nahi he. agar aapko mujpe trust na ho or school ke baare me kuch bhi jaanna ho to me aapko request karna chahunga ki kisi sincere investigetor ko yaha bhejiye or 1-2 month school me as a teacher ya koi bhi post pe rakh ke dekhne ko boliye ki actually yaha pe hota kya he. i think sirf 15 days rahenge to bhi pata chal jaega. agar managment ko pata chal gaya ki mene complain ki he to muje bahot problem ho jayegi isliye meri identity chupa li he. aap chaho to muje is mail id pe contact kar sakte ho. sorry to say but mera ye mail id true nai he, [protected]@gmail.com . aap is mail id me contact karoge so i will tell you about me. kindly waiting for your reply, thank you.
