Student — passport verification process

To the passport officer, hyderabad.
Iam muzeebur rahman, iam resident of guntur.sir i submitted my passport application at guntur.i studying shortterm course at central institue of tool design at balanagar, hyderabad from 21/11/08.the varification officer call me for varification at 4/12/07. i met them, he said that ur not staying at given address at this time.but my whole family is living at that address
i just completed my B.Tech in 2007.and i have come to hyderabad for short term course. but before 1 month a letter came from pssport officer for explenation.
i give my address of my institue as resident because i staying my sister's house.
i doesnot have my resident proof for this address because the resident proof will be issued after completion of 6 months so i give my institue address. i meet the second varication officer and he also said that you are not resident of given address, you only studing there.
but what can i do, iam not concentrate on my studies.
when i came to for passport office, hyderabad for any suggestion for me, what i can do for this. but the enquiry is used as reseiving explenation letters and fine.
where i go for help.the out door some secority guards are shouting every time as it is his office. the peoples who have good stage in posion are feeled very badly.
sir i requsting only that help me in my application process because i getting oppertunities from abord.
I want to meet him but how to meet you .because with out any letter the guards doesnot send him to inside.
I reqested once.

sir i from tumkur my pasport no. is w220114 but this was allready send by the police after verification that is over 25 days but still there is showing ur police verification has been not recived yet

i lost my passport.
i don't have its photocopy. so i don't know the passport number.
how can i apply for duplicate copy.
