CCAvenues — Money has been deducted from my account but HPGAS has not received it

Money has been deducted from my account but HPGAS has not received it.

I have paid ₹899.50 for a Gas cylinder to HPGAS, but they have not received it so i has to make another payment to them.

Kindly refund my amount
