This is to inform you that I had booked a ticket for from Howrah to Guwahati vide PNR No.- [protected], through your web site www.irctc.co.in, Transaction ID No.- [protected], Date of Journey[protected]. At the time of booking my ticket was in waiting list and after preparation of final chart only one ticket was conformed and other three ticket was wail list / not confirmed. So I was unable to travel and I had filed a TDR on[protected] vide reference no.- ekt[protected] with a Reason ( For TDR: Party Partially Confirmed/Wait listed And All Passengers Did Not Travel). I am sorry to write you that after sending 5 (Five) reminder letters to [protected]@irctc.co.in till date I did not received my refund amount. It is therefore requested to you please look into the matter and do needful Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated and oblige.
