I have TDR filed on 09.02.2013. I have also sent mail to TDR many times but I have not heard any response from their side. I have talked to CCM refund but not received good feed back from him. I have sent doc. By Fax No. [protected] on 17.05.13

Railway Refund — Railway Refund Not Received

Dear Sir,

After so many reminders to railway still i have not received my e-ticket refund of PNR no. [protected]

After sending 1st mail i received a response on mail confirming they will do the needful & after a weeks time i received a letter from IRCTC confirming the respected zone will do the needful to refund the amount & since then no revert on same

This is with the reference of my earlier mails of my eticket refund which was sent to you in month of april.



I had received a cc copy of a hard copy through courier in 1st week of May 2008 from "Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd" dated 28/04/2008, instructing the process of refund ...



Railway has already taken more than 3 months time & still after sending many mail there is not a single response.



I think probably railway will be refunding the money with interest ...



It's humble request to you to look in to the matter seriously on urgent basis else I'll have to go for legal procedure.

This is with the reference of e - ticket Train no. 158/MFP LTT SPECIAL, boarding from JABALPUR (JBP) reservation up to LOKMANYATILAK (LTT), dated 19/04/2008,

As the train was running more than 7 hrs late & there was no clear information on Jabalpur station for the same, when we contact Gadarwada stn we came to know that train is already passed from Jabalpur stn & there was no update with Jabalpur stn manager, then we approached to stn master to the cencellation of e-ticket & he has put the stamp & his signature accepting the cencellation..

Request you to guide me who i can get the refund of the ticket.

Railway Refund — railway refund of rs 1150/

my TDR NO IS 049342 DATE 30.05.2009 AND MY CIRCULAR TICKET NO IS 832613 AND DATE OF JOURNEY IS 28.05.2009 REASON OF REFUND IS TRAIN IS RUNNING MORE THAN 10HOURS

With reference to the mentioned PNR NO: [protected], would like to confirm that have booked 2 reservations out of which 1 is on RAC & other has been Waiting list. None of the passengers have travelled.
After filing TDR sucessfully I recive a confirmation mail from [protected]@irctc.co.in.
But after 90 days completion also i didn't recive my money back or any mail.
