CCM/Refund, Northern Railway New Delhi — Non refund of cancelled ticket money by railway

My 2 railway tickets were cancelled on[protected].ticket no[protected], and 05601425.with refund amount of 2950 and 1290 rs respectively. As tickets were taken from charbagh railway station from my atm card authorities told me that refund will go to my bank account .but 3 years had gone by but my refund of 4240 rs had not come .time to time i had also complained .but with no result.phone no([protected])
