my .TDR.claim date is 17/12/2016 tdr file sending northern railway varnasi but till date not recived my refund amount . then i sending document delhi claim office but .not reponse, please help .

मैंने दिनाक 13/03/2017 को अम्रतसर से जबलपुर तक AC/2 Tier के चार Ticket शाम सात बजे Com. R-13/Com.-369 (Revised) Chief Commercial Manager(refunds) Northern Railway, IInd Floor Station Building, New Delhi-110055 के ऑफिस में कैंसिल किया था | जिनका कुल Amount Rs 7000 /- (नौ हजार रूपए) का है उक्त ticket का रिफंड चार माह बाद आज दिनाक 18/07/17 तक भी प्राप्त नही हुआ है क्रपया उक्त राशी का रिफंड मेरे खाते में करने का कष्ट करें|
