Central Bank Of India — Amount debited from account for failed transaction | |||
I m employee in central bank of India Visakhapatnam. On 24/08/2015 I was trying to pay examination fees 2736/- for JAIIB through net banking in iibf.org.in website. Amount was debited from my central bank saving account no. [protected] but Transaction was not suceed. and amount was also not reversed in my saving account. I kept request in our bank's helpdesk but they replied that "This amount is credited to bill desk. please ask customer to contact bill desk." Please Reverse the disputed amount in my account at the earliest. u are an employee of the same bank and complaining on a public platform. and do u think this website will be reversing your amount??? also u are displaying your details like a/c no n txn ref no publicaly...don't worry i'll get to u...
