Central Bank Of India — Amount not received from ATM only receipt came amount deducted account

Dear Sir, Iam Mohammed Sitthik working at Bahrain, My father in Law Mr.Abdulkhader Bank of India account holder Nagapattinam Branch India, he will use the ATM card State Bank of India ATM center 23 march 2015 for two time cash withdraw Rs 10000 and Rs 10000 but cash one time only get money second time receipt only come amount cannot come but our account also debited two time how to possible i don’t know...please kindly arrange and return to Rs 10, 000 My Father in Law account. All copy attached with your reference……… please help me... If you need more information do not hesitate to contact us.
