Central Bank Of India — Attitude of employee and manager painful | |||
I have two complains- 1. For the Branch at Regent park Kolkata-40.. Here I wanted to open an S/B a/c for my daughter, the women responsible for that initially did not show any interest, after some time she gave an opening form even though there was no person available she has refused to say anything to clear some doubt, I told her that I have to go for my office, so after signing I front of her, giving the documents to my daughter I left, but she didn't respond to my daughter to take the form and do the needful for opening the a/c, every time she approach she was told to wait and after one hour waiting my daughter had to leave the branch without opening the a/c then went to other bank and opened an a/c within 10 min. No.2 Your Branch at St. Lawrence School, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata-19, Here the employees treat the customers as if the are doing fever to do their job, as school fees we have to give there only they react with us like a corporation office, they can open 10 min after the opening time but they will not attend any one even after 1 min. With this kind of dealing from your employees I afraid shearer Central Bank Culture is like this!! Was this information helpful? | |||
