Central Bank Of India — Central bank Staff behavior is not well in Manimajra Branch, Chandigarh | |||
I have visited many times in bank and behavior with customers are really very bad. They shouted on the people. Also, I have applied for the vehicle loan amount only 40000 even I am salaried person and I am receiving salary 30000. I have visited 4-5 days, always demanded that this document is not available please bring is, that document is not available please bring it etc. What the hell all this, Why should our precious time be wasted over such trifling jobs which would hardly have taken five minutes to tell the exactly what they required. There is a lady Mrs. Harahnt in Manimajra Central Bank branch. She was handling this loan and her behavior was so rude. She did know what papers required and called me so many times about the docs. They should know that Govt. hired them for public services and they thinks that they are the owner of the banks if they got the govt job I am an old customer of the bank and have found it very troublesome to have had to come so many times. It is an unprecedented lack of service and I have found the behaviour of the clerk very un-co-operative. Please fired them all who don't know how to behave with the costumers and who don't know their job well that what documents required.
