Central Bank Of India — Chargeback | |
Respected sir / Madam, I hold an account with the central bank of india. On June 3, there was an auto debit transaction for Rs. 21, 251/- in my account which I have not made. I have made an official complaint to my home branch - T Nagar central bank. I haven't received any response yet. There have been some auto renewal errors with an online platform - which I have contacted and they assured me that the bank has issued a chargeback already on my behalf. But the money still hasn't been credited to my account and has been in hold for almost 2 months. Now they are saying they couldn't track the money itself and have no idea where it has gone. This is a huge amount for me and I am requesting you to kindly resolve this soon and credit the money to my account. Was this information helpful? | |
