Dear sir/mam one i have pay a electricity bill amt on 09th july. 2020 from atm card on amazon but not successful payment on this day but amt minuse from my account. Amazon they send to my refund amt on account on 14th jul 2020 also provide a refund reference no 74766510193027507221627 and i have waiting last 18 day but till now not credit in my account. I have complained against it on my branch but i didn't get proper solution from bank manngeer. I have complaint against it but still it's not reflect credit in my account.
Dear sir i have including refund details with reference no. And complain report so please refund my money as soon as possible.
