I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a problem I have been facing with Central Bank of India - (Kayamkulam Branch) Kerala. I was charged Rs. 50 + GST Rs. 9, for a statement of account, which I believe is an unreasonable amount. I have been a loyal customer of your bank and have always been satisfied with the services provided. However, I am disappointed with the recent experience I had with Central Bank of India.
