My complaint was registered on 23/12/2014 with reference no C/23122014/34496 but still no response received. In my company any complaint received to MD/Chairman are solved within 24 hours. It seems in central bank there is no maturity at chairman level also. Initially I had raised compliaint as "I am holding Education Loan Account: ******7511 with Central bank. Loan was sanctioned in 2011. Since then only Interest is being charged. Suddenly on 24/02/2014 an amount of Rs. 11277/- was debited from my account against "Adv to GL as charges Insurance Chola". I was neither aware nor provided any communication about the same. Even I had not signed any policy or document for same. I called the branch manager Mr. Charanjeet Shingh of Relief road Ahemdabad branch, but I didn't got any satisfactory response from him and with ignorance call was handed to his subordinate who was not aware about the matter. I am very disappointed with this kind of response and it seems Bank is not aware about what they are doing; also mangers are afraid of facing customer Earlier also I lost Interest subsidy for year 2011-12 due to negligence of branch manager. I tried to file this complaint on Central Bank Website but that same is giving error. Now with height of disappointment I decided to go for complaint to connsumer forum and IRDA (as amount is deducted for some kind of Insurance). The above amount (i.e. 11277/- Plus loan Interest on 11277/-) should get deposited in my mentioned loan account within 24 hour else I will go for the complaint to consumpoer forum and IRDA. "Tilll date no response.
