Central Bank Of India — Failure of online payment of fees for ibps po exam

I have failed to submit my ibps po exam fee of rs 100 online through my debit card of my central bank of India savings account of tangla branch .The a/c no is[protected] & the branch ifsc codeis CBIN0280004.MyCard is a maestro card which card no has been sometimes claimed to be not a valid cardno.now, i am helpless so, you please kindly take action to activate its processing & also message me the reason of all this failure to my emailid - das.[protected]@gmail.com or my mobile no [protected]
