Central Bank Of India — Fixed deposit matured but bank not releasing the amount

I have two different FD with the same amount of rupees 1920/- with 2 different names and deposit started as on 14th JULY, 1992. i have the original certificate with me and bank saying we don"t have any records about this as they have misplaced it so kindly do needful and help me to release this two of my matured FD'S.
