Central Bank Of India — for not issuing of my refund initiated by amazon

My name is kavita, i have a saving bank account in central bank of india at connaught place new delhi branch. I had purchased a item amount of rs. 599/- from amazon, which is i had returned to amazon back, amazon had given me a reference no., which is 74332740235023435093319 on dated 22 august 2020. I had given a letter to central bank of india in branch by hand. But till date my refund has not credit in my bank account.
