I am an NRI and needing to use my account for making transactions but not getting OTP on my number.
I recently has requested my branch and IT dept for updating my new number and am not have heard except saying they have done necessary steps but still not getting OTP. I have been again in touch with branch online as well as on phone with no result yet. I am stuck and need to sort this out. Your help will be appreciated.
