Central Bank Of India — ineffective service | |||
this is with regards to central bank of india dombivili west. i would like to inform you the service provided by the bank is pathetic. they seem least interested in customers and half of time their systems dont work. i had many incidence in which i had to wait for more then half hour just to print pass book. even after submitting 15g forms tax is been deducted for no reason. there were many incidents where in money transfers were also a issue. my mom faced a issue in which she wanted to make an fd with the money been transfereed from here own recurring account. but they had transfered the same to my fathers account and made a fd on my moms name. i didnt understand the logic of my mom's recurring deposit money being deposited to my fathers account. facing such many trival issues would be glad if some one looks into the matter seriously and does something. atleast if they provide some new systems would be worth i feel they are still workin on P4. coz most of the time there system is not up.
