Central Bank Of India — Issuance of new atm card

I have an sb a/c with central bank belghoria branch in which i applied for an atm card inscribed with my name on it.now it is past one and a half month, my father went to the office 3-4times for the card.every time they say it has not reached at their end due to some technical problem in the office where the cards are issued from.i want to know how long do i need wait to get the atm card.
