Central Bank Of India — Lost my cheque book having one cheque alreasy signed by me

Sir..i have account with cetral bank of india.my name.is piyush jadav..and i lost my cheque book..i cant remember when and where i lost it. but today i was seeking for my cheque book.and i came to know this it is lost.and i have signed one cheque.and it was blank. so what should i do?? may be some one misuse of my cheque book..i have emptied. my account. there is a nil balance in my central bank account.
