Central Bank Of India — Money debited but not credited to party

On 13 july at 21.09 pm i have made a payment of rs 2500 to mpl via g pay.g pay is showing that transaction is successful but mpl has not recevied the amount. Now g pay is saying to ask the bank to chargeback the amount.
I request the authorities to credit back my account by same amount.
