Central Bank Of India — Money was deducted from AEPS but money is not credited

Dear sir actually 15 jan 2021 i was getting the money through AEPS Digital gramin seva but transaction was failed and money was deducted from my account. Bank Transaction id[protected] and operator id is[protected].Bank was said to me my money was credited in 7/5/2021 to digital Gramin seva BC account but BC account there is no money credited in his wallet. So please credit money in my accout. My account no. is [protected] Name Pushpanjali devi.
