Central Bank Of India — NOT ISSUED MY RUPAY CARD

SIR/MADAM i opened a account in central bank of india at 16-oct-2014 then i said i want a RUPAY card with embossed my NAME ...but bank said it take time whenever u take a ATM card after that RUPAY card come u returen it & take ur RUPAY card but ...now near about 6 month has gone my RUPAY CARD has not come ...i contact for the branch 4 this issued near about 35-36 time there recording captured in CCTV camera ...but they not given satisfactory answer ... yesterday the bank manager used misbehave with me 4 this issued ..& said what i do whatever u want u done it ... i think this behaviour not suit as a public servant whenever this is not my mistake i known only onething why i cant get my RUPAY CARD
