Central Bank Of India — Refund issued but not reflect on bank account

Sir,
I request for refund to my bank a/c via debit card on 17th may 2020 from amazon. I have summit written complaint to the bank manager and complaint id #3424569. 27 days have been passed bat no action has been taken.
