Central Bank Of India — Refund not reflected in bank account even after application given to branch

Sir, My name is kunal kumar and i had ordered bike cover+tds meter of ₹448 on amazon on date12/02/2021, the payment is made through UPI. Sir i have returned the bike cover and amazon initiated the refund on 18/02/2021, but i have not get it till now, they have provided Reference no[protected]. Sir i had also consulted my bank many times but the are not able to help me.
So sir please kindly respond to my complain.
