Central Bank Of India — Remittance not credited in my account

Hello Sir, I'm Aniket Kumar. My recent payment from my remitter was issued on 22 August, 2021.
But, today September 2, 2021 my payment has not yet been update on my Bank Account [protected]
I have my remitter provided payment receipt and I already contacted to bank and also customer care, but they did not take any action about my problem.
please taking the time to review my payment's receipt.
