Central Bank Of India — To complaint against unauthorised deduction of 19700 rs from my account regarding

I account holder madhu sudan lal account no - [protected] presently reside at h. No - 967, rampuri shabuddinpur road muzaffar nagar (Up) pin code - 251002. Sir i have saving account in your cbi branch shabuddinpur muzaffar nagar (Up) micr code[protected], ifsc code cbin0284963.

On dated 01 june 2015 i found a massage of deduction 19700 rupees from my account. After checking of my mini statement i found 19700 rupees has been deduct from my saving account. Sir that amount not has been withdraw by me. After this deduction i contact my branch but and inform about my unauthorized deduction. After this bank not taken any positive action about this matter. Now i am worried about my account and transaction. I have complaint about this matter in police station kapashera new delhi because i presently live at bijwasan new delhi. After all activity i not yet got 19700 rs. Refund.
Therefore i requested you please take necessary action in said matter and refund my 19700 rs as soon as possible. Kind of this act i will always grateful to you sir
