Central Bank Of India — Unnecessary deduction of ATM charges from ac. no. [protected] | |||
Dear Sir, In reference of the above subject, I request you that I am having ac no. [protected] in your bank branch Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi since 1991. Concerned branch is deducting the amount of Rs. 112.36 as ATM charges 8 times more in a year than usual. The details of card and the amount deducted are as following:- 1- Debit card no. - [protected] Valid upto- April, 2020 The amount deduction is as per following:- 1- 23.03.2014- 9 x 112.36 = 1011.24 2- 23.03.2015- 9 x 112.36= 1011.24 Sir, I have already complaint about the matter to the concerned branch manager on 03.01.2015, but no action has been taken yet. Also, bank do not provide any information or do not intimate for the same. The information is generated and came to my knowledge only when i visit branch for passbook entry. Sir, I was not expecting this from such a reputed and always ready to help bank, but i am facing severe problem and nobody is concerned. Therefore, I am requesting you that kindly stop payment of the amount as soon as possible and refund the extra deducted amount in my account at the earliest. If the necessary action haven't took place in a week than, i am bounded to close my sb account from the concerned branch and take legal actions against Central Bank of India for which all the expenses would be beard by Bank only.
