Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — Corruption and fraud in Delhi Private Schools.

Respected Sir/ Madam,
My wife is in teaching profession since 14 years. Right from day one i find corruption in the schools. Teachers are treated as if they are maids and there is no job security for the teachers. I can prove that in one of the schools every year all the teachers are forced to give back dated resignation before the Summer break and if required they are called back for the job, else they have already given the resignation and that too without their concent. I along with my wife are so much depressed that i feel like coming openly in media to discuss on this issue. I request you to take strict action against such schools. Teachers require respect and job security. I find that teachers in Government sector are more secure and are earning 100% better than private school teachers. I am there to provide you with all the help but i want you to take strict action against them. They take resignation so that the school is totally safe and even after working for years they are just on contract. Where do we find full pay scale. There is corruption, fraud and teachers are ill treated. I dont mind my wife staying athome after 14 years of service to this industry but i want to do something for the next generation so that they feel safe.
