Central Board Of Secondary Education [CBSE] — VBPS School Noida not refunding fee as per high court judgement

Hi,

Honorable Allahabad High court had passed a judgement that all UP school need to refund 15% of the fee for session 2020-21 and Vishwa Bharati Public school Noida has refunded fee for it's current students but it is not returning fee for my wards who have left the school . Have sent multiple reminders and emails but they are not responding.Kindly help!
