Its my worst experiance with JP nagar central mall.I have purchased fast track sunglass worth 2000 and got 20% discount on it.I purchased in the evening while demonstrating the sun glass was ok.when they packed they replaced with damaged product. The frame colour was faded on some parts of the sumglass.These things I ovserved when I opened to wear next morning.Immidetly in the next evening I went to ask for exchange.They straightly refused to change.Even I spoke to manager still it is usless.I asked shopkeeper how much time it will take to fade the frame, he replied it will take 6 to 7 months to fade like that. My humble request be careful any thing you purchase in central mall JP nagar . While purchasing check the goods .else you wont get exchange Was this information helpful? |
