[Resolved] CESC — Abnormal Increase in monthly consumption bill

Ref :- Electricity Bill for the month of May 2014. Consumer No:[protected].
Dear Sir,
It may please be noticed that Electricity bill produced is seeming to be excessive (more than double)is spite of normal consumption of electronic so far. It also be noted that average consumption bill ranges between Rs.350-400/- per month. But in June we have got the electric bill Rs.1050 for the consumption of May 2014. It is too much for us to pay the bill.Kindly do revise and send the same asap so that I can pay the same. So we may draw your kind attention in this regards and appeal to your kind inspect of our meter in order to generate normal electric bill further. Kindly do the needful and helpful accordingly. Please take the problem seriously as early as possible.In spite of raising complaint in your website we got no support or resolution or verbal assurance from CESC's side.I don't know how long shall I have to wait for your valued revert.
