CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — action yet not taken after repeated complaints

I have made repeated complaints to restore the problem we are facing for many days.i paid rs 10000 as to meet the conditions for installation of air conditioner but after making repeated complaints no action has been taken.my docket no is [protected].consumer no-[protected] named after mrs. Tinku Ghosh.when we are paying money its your duty to provide us the basic nescecities.
