CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Double Payment Taken By Cesc By Internet Banking

This is inform you that payment has been taken 2 times from CESC while making online payment . My Consumer number is [protected] My Customer Id : [protected] I had first tried to make payment from Standard Chartered Bank where payment was done but payment page from CESC not came and i got replied that payment is not sucessful. Second time then i have made the payment from my SBI account and payment was accepted and got the receipt too But for my Standard Chartered account the amount which was deducted was not yet refunded and they said that Merchant has received the amount how come CESC is claming this amount when i have already made the payment from SBI pls kindly look after it and revert me.
