CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — excessive and irrational bills

there has been excessive amount of electricity bill for this mo (Rs 2997) compared to last mo (Rs 1250) for my residential connection, when my consumption remain same throughout last 3 months. how this is possible? there must be something gone wrong on your part. kindly let me know, please rectify and revise my bill amount. consumer no [protected]
