Consumer no.- [protected] I was shocked to see my june'14 bill...It was 16, 653/- where as for last 2 mths bills were 0 & 258/- This is something so stupid & reflects a very casual attitude for cesc towards customer which is absolutely unacceptable. I have already paid such high amt. With the hope that 1) cesc will immediately reply to me informing proper action taken to reduce/adjust with the july'14 bill. 2)ensure proper meter reading in every moth & sms the probable date of meter reading in advance to counter check at my end. 3)send e-bill to my registered e-mail address ev. Mth...Asish.K.[protected]@gmail.com But i am sorry to say that except a formal acceptance mail dt 06/08, i did not receive any communication, neither thru' ph.-[protected] or e-mail...Can i get any response now ?.
