I have submitted electricity bill of july 2015 amounting of rupees 630 via online payment gateway bearing the Customerid - [protected] and Consumer id - [protected], unfortunately there was no response from your side to inform whether my payment was successful or not but the same amount was deducted from my bank account (Account Number - [protected] ), in spite of that a error message was generated stating "Receipt not received".
