[Resolved] CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Refund of incomplete internet banking transaction amount 2 X Rs 1553.49 | |||
Hi I have paid CESC online through Net banking on 3rd Nov 2014 Rs 1553.49 for Consumer no. [protected] and accounting month and year 09/14. I also paid Rs 1873.49 for Consumer no. [protected] and accounting month and year 09/14. However please see that 2 more transactions in an attempt to pay Rs 1553.49 failed but my ICICI bank account has been debited as will be seen in the bank statement as below: 03/11/2014 03/11/2014 BIL/[protected]/CESC 1 SEP 14/CESC _AICI354102 1, 553.49 03/11/2014 03/11/2014 BIL/[protected]/CESC 1 Sep 14 agai n/CESC_AICI3541 1, 553.49 I expected the incomplete transaction amount ( Rs 1553.49 + 1553.49) will automatically be credited back to my sb account with ICICI bank. But it has not happened. Please take necessary action to return the amount through your payment gateway service provider asap.
