CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation) — Sending bills of very huge amounts

Sir, The display panel in my meter box is not working and hence its not able to show any reading. The CESC people are randomly sending bills for the last two months of very huge amounts, not even bothering to correct the meter display. Sir please look into the matter so that my meter display gets fixed and my amount charged extra is adjusted in the upcoming months. Thanking You in anticipation.
